Hand wash basin: Fill a clean tub with lukewarm or cool water (never hot) and pH-neutral wool wash.

Soak gently: Submerge the coat and let it sit for 20–30 minutes without scrubbing or agitation.

Rinse thoroughly: Drain soapy water and refill with fresh cool water until all suds are gone.

Avoid wringing: Never twist the coat to remove water; instead, gently press sections against the basin.

The towel roll: Lay the coat flat on a large, clean towel, roll it up like a sleeping bag, and press firmly.

Dry flat: Lay the coat on a drying rack or fresh towel, reshaping the shoulders and sleeves.

Prevent shrinkage: Keep the drying garment away from direct sunlight, radiators, or any heat source.

Refresh with steam: Use a garment steamer on a low setting to remove wrinkles and eliminate odors.
