DELIVERY

  • Locally and internationally. DHL, Fedex,  HK Post office, International Vantage Courier, SF Express delivery. SF express shops or EF lockers are the most recommended ways for local delivery. Vantage/DHL/Fedex/SF Express will be used for International post.

 

-How long does delivery take?

  • Depends on the arrival and stock of items, vary between 5-14 business working days locally and internationally.

EXCHANGE

-What if shoes you purchase do not fit?

  • One off size exchange is guaranteed on the same design when purchase with full price. Customers  will be responsible for one way return postage fee if require for size exchange.  Only unworn and undamaged shoes with original package can be exchanged. If the shoe size purchased is already the smallest/ biggest, customers may exchange another design by settling price difference.

  • No exchange on SALE ITEMS / Discount code applied items.

  • Please contact us before purchase if you are unsure about if certain designs run small / big, contact us by email: SolitaireC@enquiry.com or on â€‹chatbox / fill in contact form on the website or direct message us on Instagram: SolitaireC for exchange details

  • ​Please return the shoes for exchange within 3 days after parcels have been delivered.


-What if clothing items do not fit?

  • Exchange is not provided for clothing items due to size and color difference. We suggest our customers to check on measurements below the product images before adding to cart. 

  • Measurement can differ 1-3cm.

  • Slight color difference is possible due to lighting/device use, please reconsider before any purchase is made. We do not provide refund due to color difference.

Defects

What if unfortunately there are minor defects/stains on the item?

  • Please kindly reach out to us within 3 days after the item has​ been delivered, by email: SolitaireC@enquiry.com or message us on the chatbox/leave a message on contact form or message us on instagram@SolitaireC

  • Another brand new ordered item will be replaced, we will be responsible for both-way deliveries.

  • However, we ensure we check on the item thoroughly before dispatching to customers.

REFUND

-ONLY items that run out of stock will be refunded fully via the payment method which customers have settled the payment.​ Other reasons will not be considered.

-Once order is placed, refund will not be considered due to any reason. 

Please kindly read Terms before placing orders except the above condition. We assume you understand the terms and conditions are applied when you have placed the order(s).

SolitaireC holds right for final decision.

Product care

-Always clean clothing items with water not higher than 30 degrees celsius. No drying with heat.

-Never use water, wet wipes, chemicals on any leather / synthetic leather products, e.g shoes / bags /belt

-Always iron delicate clothing items with a piece of towel on top to prevent direct heat from any type of iron.

-Avoid high heat ironing, as it may damage the fabric.
