This sophisticated midi dress is a study in Japanese minimalist design, expertly combining two distinct textures to create a cohesive, elegant silhouette. The bodice is crafted from a structured cotton-poly blend, providing a tailored fit that contrasts beautifully with the airy, ruffled polyester skirt. Featuring a unique twist-neck detail and a flattering cinched waist, this dress offers a modern interpretation of classic feminine attire.

• Origin: Made in Japan
• Materials

• Fabric Composition: A hybrid construction featuring a cotton-poly jersey bodice and a 100% polyester skirt.

• Texture: The top offers a smooth, matte finish with slight stretch, while the skirt features a fine, permanent plissé (crinkle) texture that adds depth and movement.

• Design Details:

  • Twist-Neckline: An asymmetrical knot detail at the shoulder creates elegant draping across the chest.

  • Cinched Waist: A defined waistline that transitions into a voluminous gathered skirt.

  • Functional Pockets: Discreetly integrated side-seam pockets for everyday convenience.

• Construction:

  • Cap Sleeves: Short, integrated sleeves that provide a clean, streamlined shoulder line.

  • Midi Length: A graceful hemline that falls to the mid-calf, suitable for various occasions.

• The Wash: Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. To preserve the twist detail and the skirt's texture, placing the dress in a mesh laundry bag is highly recommended.

• The Dry: Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as the heat can damage the delicate polyester ruffles and the structural integrity of the bodice.

• The Maintenance: Use a cool steamer if necessary. Avoid ironing the pleated skirt section to maintain its intentional crinkled effect.

This dress is an effortless choice for transitioning from professional settings to evening social events. For a coordinated look, pair it with the Geometric Appliqué Calf Leather Sandals in Metallic Silver. The architectural detail of the sandals provides a sharp, modern contrast to the soft ruffles of the dress.

For a daytime ensemble, consider layering the Front Buttoned Knot U-Neck Blouse over the bodice. The overlapping knot textures create a sophisticated, high-fashion aesthetic while emphasizing a minimalist Japanese style. Finish with simple, understated jewelry to allow the dress's unique neckline to remain the focal point.
